What this website does
The StruXllence website presents engineering services, learning resources, software in development and links to separate community services. It does not currently provide account registration, payments, hosted enquiry submission or public software installers.
The project brief worksheet
The worksheet prepares a text download in your browser. It does not send its field contents to StruXllence or store them on the web server. You choose where to save the downloaded file. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in the worksheet.
Hosting and server logs
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and response status. The provider’s configuration determines its logging and retention; this notice does not assert a specific unverified retention period.
Your display preferences
Your selected light or dark theme and animation preference are stored locally in your browser. These choices do not send information to an analytics service. Your device’s reduced-motion preference takes priority over animations.
Optional website analytics
Analytics is currently disabled on this website. If enabled in the future, Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept optional analytics. Declining keeps the Google tag blocked. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied in this integration.
The optional consent choice is saved in browser local storage for up to 180 days. When analytics is enabled, use Analytics choices in the footer to change it. Withdrawal stops future analytics loading and collection through this site; it does not undo data already processed while consent was granted.
The integration removes URL queries and fragments from its explicit page-location field and reduces referrers to their origin. It does not send worksheet contents or enable advertising signals. Google and your browser may process technical connection information when the tag is loaded. Analytics choices will be available in the footer whenever optional analytics is enabled.
Advertising
This website currently carries no advertising. If advertising is introduced later, this notice and the relevant consent arrangements will be updated before those scripts are enabled.
Website visitor count
The online panel shows approximate browser sessions active on the main website in the last 15 minutes. A random identifier is kept in this website’s local storage and reused across pages and tabs while recent activity continues. After 15 minutes without recorded activity, it is replaced on the next visit; an old stored value may remain on your device until then. If you block scripts or storage, your visit may be missing from this count. Recognized automated clients are excluded, but disguised bots may remain.
Page visits, returning to a visible tab and interactions can update presence at most once a minute. An idle open tab or reading the statistics does not extend activity. The server stores only a hash of the random identifier and its last-seen time in a private local database, without adding IP addresses, raw user agents, page URLs, names, accounts or countries to that presence table. Expired rows stop contributing immediately and are removed on the next recorded visit. The identifier is not sent to the forums, advertising services or analytics providers. Existing hosting logs remain separate.
Community activity counts
The online bar reads aggregate counts from the two StruXllence forums through this website’s server. It does not sign you into a forum or create a forum visit. Public responses contain counts and update times, without names, IP addresses, session identifiers or countries. Counts may be briefly cached; delayed or unavailable feeds are labelled.
Forum activity windows are normally 15 minutes. Signed-in accounts include staff and are deduplicated within each forum; there is no cross-forum identity matching. MyBB guest counts use its existing session-address grouping, while Exchange guests are browser sessions. Detected automated clients are displayed separately. Exchange uses a private keyed network-and-crawler digest to avoid counting a cookie-free crawler once per page request; those records leave active counts after 15 minutes and are pruned on the next tracked forum visit. Raw network addresses and agent strings are not added to that presence table. Detection is approximate and does not establish a crawler’s identity. The forums and hosting provider have their own session and logging arrangements.
External services
The forums, YouTube, GitHub and NuGet are separate destinations. Following a link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy and account arrangements. Videos and forum content are linked rather than embedded here.
Contact privacy
Business contact details are not published on this website. Use the linked forums for general non-confidential discussions. A public forum post is not a private business enquiry.
